Q: When will I receive my sign order?

A: Typically 5-7 days from receipt of your order.

Q: Will I see a proof for approval?

A: If you've utilized our online designer, you approve your own artwork before checking out, so to expedite your order we won't typically supply a proof for these items. If you don't use the designer and instead just send us artwork with your order, we will supply a PDF proof (please note this may delay your order shipment).

Q: Are there any set up charges?

A: Not if you've utilized our online designer! On occasion if you need additional help with your artwork we might charge a fee, but we do try to avoid this where possible, and will advise in advance.
